We are located between interstate 85 and Buford Hwy. just 20 minutes north of downtown Atlanta. All customers are welcome to visit our showroom, Mon-Fri. 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. And Sunday from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Absolutely! For large orders, further special discounts can be offered depending on order size and destination. Any discount must be assessed individually, considering order size and the actual cost of shipping, but we'll try to offer our best discounts to give you the best possible deal. Please send us the list of the items you require along with your billing and delivery information to get a detailed quotation.
As long as all your items are in stock, your order will be shipped within 24 hours. For large orders please allow a couple of days for us to setup your order. We will try our best to ship out your order in a timely matter. The lead time for shipping does not include the day the order is placed. All of our in-stock (non-custom made) items usually will ship the same day your order was placed, if not same day, it will never exceed 24 hours.
For custom orders, or built to order, please allow 2 – 3 weeks for us to complete and ship your order.
Yes, if you are willing to pick up your order at our warehouse to save on shipping costs, you are welcome to do so. Orders placed before 12 pm can generally be picked up that day. Orders made after 12pm EST can be picked up the next business day. Please call us ahead of time to ensure your order is ready. Pickups can be made by the cardholder or purchaser only! NO Exceptions!
If the packages are damaged in any way, please sign for the shipment as damaged. If you sign the delivery form free and clear of damage, you are stating that you received it in good condition and you release all liability from the freight carrier. Upon opening the package and you find interior damage it is very important that you don't throw anything away, including the crate. Set everything in a safe area and contact us immediately. There will be a short investigation performed by the shipping company to determine who is at fault. Your responsibility is to make sure no boxes have visible damage and that each piece of package on the pallet is accounted for. If there is damage, simply sign for the shipment as damaged and Salon and Spa Group will take care of you.
Absolutely! If you order your items online via this website, you will have the opportunity to indicate the address you would like your items shipped to. If you placed your order in our showroom or over the phone, be sure your customer service representative knows that your billing address and your ship to address may be different.
We highly advise that you only ship to a business address. Residential shipping is much more expensive. In some cases, the shipping cost will double.
Yes, all the goods are insured against any possible damage that may occur during the transport.
We warranty our nail salon furniture and pedicure chairs to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use and handling, to the original purchaser for one year from the date of the original shipment. During this period, Salon and Spa Group reserves the option to repair or replace parts as deemed necessary. Shipping and handling is additional. Items out of warranty are the responsibility of the buyer.
For pre-owned pedicure chairs we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Less shipping. Sorry, we cannot provide a warranty on products that are not exclusively our own.
Simply, call or email us that you would like to return an item and a Customer Service agent will provide you with further instructions. Product must be shipped back in its original condition including box, packaging and all accessories. All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. You are responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping amount is non-refundable. If your order has a free/discounted shipping fee the refund amount will be less the actual shipping cost. No returns will be accepted after 30 days, from the date of purchase.
Unless otherwise specified, all nail salon furniture comes in a variety of finishes and colors indicated by the color swatches and wood finish swatches shown on each page of the website listing furniture items. If you have a special request, or want to inquire about a color or finish not indicated on our website, call one of our customer service representatives and we will do our best to accommodate your design needs.
Yes, we do accept special orders, for clients who would like to customize their own salon furniture. Please allow additional time for planning and delivery. Full payment is required ahead of time for all custom orders. Any cancellation must be received before production begins, otherwise there will be a 50% Cancellation Fee.
Yes, our bowls are supplied in U.S. with American standard plumbing connections. The only thing your plumber has to care about is to install a backflow preventing system as they are not equipped with vacuum breakers.
Yes, we offer a design service for nail salon furniture as well as the design of your nail salon. Our designers will work closely with you to design a solution in about ten days. The cost will be completely refunded should you decide to place your order for the furniture with us. You can take a look at different designs in the salon layout category which will be posted soon.
